    • design sanctuary gardens, sow, grow, process, preserve food together ---weekly to seasonally
  • Free Food, Herbs, and Flowers: culturally celebratory foods distributed to families in Berkshire, Albany, Columbia, and Schenectady counties

    • Ancestral Arboretum: in honor of our African Heritage ancestors we planted 123 native trees in 2020 and will continue to plant at least that amount annually

  • Mtg for Worship with Concern for Black Lives: Quaker style worship session, likened to a blend of Pentacostal service and mindfulness meditation, support group for African Americans
  • Mooji Mondays: marinate in your true nature of grace, peace, profound joy
  • Thich Nhat Hahn Tuesdays: cultivate mindfulness through each breath in any situation
  • Prayer Vigil: prayers (and resources handout) to heal racism, other internalized oppressions, cultivating safety.  15 min each of Gratitude, Grief, Prayer, Song-Dance
  • Black Liberation & Community Develpment (BLCD): (African Heritage and White ally groups): cultivate deep listening and sharing in a co-counseling setting
  • Greenhouse Gospel: celebrate our interconnected sacredness with the Divine
