- Mooji Mondays: marinate in your true nature of grace, peace, profound joy
- Thich Nhat Hahn Tuesdays: cultivate mindfulness through each breath in any situation
- Prayer Vigil: prayers (and resources handout) to heal racism, other internalized oppressions, cultivating safety. 15 min each of Gratitude, Grief, Prayer, Song-Dance
- Black Liberation & Community Develpment (BLCD): (African Heritage and White ally groups): cultivate deep listening and sharing in a co-counseling setting
